This was the newsletter I was looking for.

This year I had a goal of running half-marathon in the first week of March but my knee didn't let me do. I was in the middle of a short weekday run and suddenly I couldn't even walk. Anyway, I'll find a way to be back and I believe these readings will help me:) I was plannig to use On The Go Progel. It is popular and recommended by successful triathletes in Turkey.
