I still remember how people ridiculed Jeff Bezos for starting an ecommerce platform to sell books online. People stopped laughing about Bezos a long time ago. He announced that he'll step down as CEO of Amazon and this leaves me to wonder what he will do with his free time now and how much this will change our society. The article about G.O.P. and the economy really resonated with me. I have never understood, why people assume that conservative parties understand more about the economy. They understand how to make the rich richer and widen the gap between the rich and the poor in a society.
