It’s Monday. And it is the last week of Christmas. My todo-list is starting to freak me out, but I hope running will help me through this week.
I was actually thinking about a Five Things Running Gift Guide for this year, but you know what? I have seen so many gift guides and what not, that I thought to myself: I don’t want to encourage people to buy even more running outfits that they probably don’t really need. It’s amazing how durable most of the stuff actually is.
Maybe I have said this before, but I really suggest that you should buy this book: Runhundred! It’s really good, honestly!
So, be good, this week counts. Santa is watching.
Is There A Running Gene?

The Latest in Sports Nutrition Products at The Running Event 2023
It continues to amaze me that there are so many different brands of energy gels out there. And most taste some chemistry experiment gone wrong. Did I mention that I like using honey in a small flask? Amazing, and kind of cheap when compared with all that NASA approved nutrition stuff.
The Right Thing
