I love fall weather. It’s ideal for running. You don’t overheat, you feel the elements and you get to wear lots of great looking functional clothing. You get to wear a jacket with enough pockets for gels and what not. I really like this time of year. And the best thing, really, is to get back inside after a long run in the cold rain to take a hot shower. You feel so alive afterwards.
Instead, I take a few aspirin a day to cope with the post COVID-19 headaches. No fun.

Brilliant marketing campaign to win awards at award ceremonies that celebrate the creativity of the ad industry. Would anyone ever try to squeeze a ketchup pack that contains 3g of carbohydrate to get energy during a run? No way. But it’s a nice campaign that executives will love.
