So I’m still coughing and sneezing way too much and I really want to go outside and run through the wonderful fall foliage. Instead, I got to read a really awesome book about running, which will be published in a few weeks, so I cannot say anything more right now. If you love reading about running a really long race with all its ups and downs, you’ll enjoy this one.
I hope you have a great time running and find some time to read these Five Things Running!
Trail Running’s Continued Ascent – Is It Possible?

How Quickly Do You Lose Running Fitness?
looks at the big question that we all ask ourselves from time to time. As I haven’t been running for two weeks now because of my cold, I cannot wait to finally go running again, but I also dread this feeling you get when you just know that you lost fitness and need to build it up again. (LINK)
That’s all for now!
Thank you for reading Five Things Running. This post is public so feel free to share it.
Now, go running!
