yes, indeed. but if you start into the week taking Monday off b/c of a 20km run on Sunday, then get to run on Tuesday, feel sick on Wednesday and Thursday, then cannot run on Friday morning due to an early meeting, that then gets canceled last minute, and then you can only run und Saturday and Sunday, then I feel like I wanted to get more out of the week :)
