I simply try not to run so far that I need to eat a meal during it or so far that I shit myself
I find most of the processed food discourse to be painting with an unproductively broad brush. The category of “processed foods” contains multitudes. Yes, some are terrible for you. Others aren’t great, but probably aren’t gonna kill you. Some (most?) are probably fine in moderation.
Like with everything else these days, nuance is being completely lost.
