I have been writing Five Things for a quite a while now and as I’m a runner, I also read a lot of stuff about running. So I thought I could just share five interesting articles every week about running. Every week will be different and I’m sure the articles will cover a wide range of topics, including shoes, apparel and gear reviews, nutrition, training plans, running science and of course articles about why we run, how running makes us better people, how people are achieving amazing things and what not…
Five Things Running will come into your inbox every Monday, but it is a different newsletter than Five Things, so you can easily opt out of Running and still keep Five Things. Obviously, my idea would be that you like Five Things Runnings as well. :)
Why Monday? Because I think we all need a little motivation to go out and run on a Monday. Also, Monday is my rest day, as I do my long run on Sunday, and so Five Things Running fills a gap.
