Five Things - Issue #8

Twitter really has a problem with trolls. Creating online personas is all nice and well, but at a certain scale this creates a lot of harm for our western democracies that is hard to get undone.

Is this a bubble? Or just a normal ramp up until a price will be found. I don't know. But as bitcoin becomes more and more mainstream, I fear that there will be drastic price adjustments soon.

Is UBI really such a great idea or will it encourage people to take drugs and watch TV? I think this debate is very important as automation will get rid of a lot of jobs in the near future.

Can VR lead to a change in the way we work and let us stay at home while at the same time being present at the office? Commuting is an incredible waste of time and resources.
