Today is May Day and we should all pause a bit and remember that lots of people had to fight hard to achieve lots of regulation in the workplace that has led to better pay, more safety and more rights for workers. We should not take this for granted as all the achievements get challenged again and again by corporations and their managers looking to exploit their employees. βπ»On a personal side note: my marathon last week went really well and I needed just a little over 4 hours for the 42,195 meters, which was much faster than the last time (and until last week only time I ran a marathon) 20 years ago. Running is amazing, on so many levels.
