I think it is very clever to think of AI not as Artificial Intelligence, but as Augmented Intelligence first and foremost. How can this powerful and comparetivly cheap technology can be used for us - just like the tools we used to use, just so much better? We’re entering the phase where we’re not astonished about the capabilities of AI anymore, we think about how to deploy this to provide real life solutions and not just to generate cool images with aliens eating burgers at a diner.
AI will become much more interesting in the next few months as it matures and our understanding of the capabilities of AI is getting better and better.
