Heya and welcome back to Five Things AI!

This week we should take yet another look at the job market and try to figure out what exactly will happen. Obviously, nobody knows for sure, but one of the things we do know is that some companies will move quickly and establish plenty of new AI-enabled workflows, while others will lag behind. Business doesn’t move in one pace and different industries have different technology adoption rates. Still, one huge topic remains unsolved: what will happen if business decide that juniors can be replaced by AI? How will we get senior employees in the future? How will people gain experience?
